Heriot-Watt and West Lothian College have teamed up to provide an insight into how apprenticeships pathways can help businesses develop their workforce, along with an overview of other funding opportunities available at this upcoming webinar.
The webinar features:
- Daniel Evans, Head of Business Development at West Lothian College, who will give an overview of Foundation Apprenticeships and why they are a great option for employers.
- Diane Mitchell, Director of Workforce Development at West Lothian College, will then look at Modern Apprenticeships and how they are ideal for developing future talent.
- We’re also featuring a current Graduate Apprentice, Aaron Charge, as he shares his journey having started off as a Foundation Apprentice.
- Lynne Somerville, Business Relationship Manager at Heriot-Watt, will then look at how Graduate Apprenticeships are a great way to either attract new talent or upskill and reskill existing employees.
Finally, we’ll give an overview of other funding opportunities available to help develop the workforce, such as Kickstart and Adopt and Apprentice.
