The average rent is now £1,191 – the highest figure on record and almost a 10% increase on this time in 2021, which is attracting much attention from international and UK investors.

The city’s economy is booming, it has 43,000 undergraduates and 17,000 postgraduates looking for accommodation, 68% of the properties are flats and almost half of the city is a green space.
