Traveleads launch new website and online booking tool

Posted: 14th August 2015

The month of August has seen Traveleads launch their new website and online booking tool which is another step in what has been an exciting year in Scotland with a 15% growth in business, ISO9001 accreditation and announcing their Living Wage Employer status.

Wayne Russell, Traveleads Sales Director explained, ‘We really wanted to take our business to the next level in 2015 and our strategy was to focus on technology, growth, ethics and show to our loyal customers that we are committed to always looking at continuous improvement within our business.’

‘We started the year by becoming a Living Wage Employer and successfully receiving our accreditation to ISO9001. After listening to our clients the next stage for us was to improve how we communicate with our clients and put in place new technology that would improve their customer experience. The new website, social media, changes to our newsletters and our new online booking are just the first stages of this and we are looking to continue this through 2015 with other accreditations and technology upgrades in the pipeline.’

Traveleads online booking tool is a single web and mobile platform to simplify and optimise travel management. The tool helps optimise your travel programme, improve spend control and save more through dynamic programme management tools and powerful pre-trip controls.

The site is tailored to the client’s brand and travel policy information and could not be any simpler to use with its 3 click booking process.
