Cancellation Policy
- To receive a full refund, cancellation must be made 28 days prior to the course taking place, by telephone or email.
- If cancellation is received 28-14 days prior to the course taking place, you will be charged 100% of the course fees, but will have the option to redeem your place on another training course.
- If cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the course taking place, you will be charged 100% of the course fees and will not be able to redeem on another course.
