#TakeMe2: Vote For Your Dream Destination And Win Flights

Edinburgh Airport has teamed up Jet2.com and Jet2holidays plus Transport for Edinburgh’s Lothian Buses and Edinburgh Trams to offer Twitter and Facebook users the chance to win flights for two by simply by voting online for their favourite destination.

The #TakeMe2 competition – which starts today (Tuesday 24th November) will highlight Jet2.com’s and Jet2holidays’ 12 new destinations from Edinburgh Airport for 2016; Antalya, Crete, Dalaman, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Paphos, Rhodes, Vienna and Tenerifeplus and exclusive routes Kefalonia, Larnaca, and Zante.

These popular holiday spots will all be profiled on Jet2.com’s and Jet2holidays websites and social media users will be invited to vote for their favourite.

The entrants who vote for the most popular destination will then be collated in mid-December and one person will be drawn at random and will win flights to the destination.

Commenting, Edinburgh Airport Chief Executive Gordon Dewar, said:

“The chance to win a pair of flights by simply tweeting or posting on Facebook is an exciting prospect and I’m sure #TakeMe2 will capture people’s imagination.

“Jet2.com’s and Jet2holidays’ 12 new destinations for 2016 – which brings their total number of destinations from Edinburgh Airport to 29 – are a sure sign of Edinburgh Airport’s growth and it reaffirms our total commitment to expanding passengers’ choice.”
