Strictly Silver is for older adults (50+) to dance ballroom and latin to gain mobility, balance, have fun and recall the big band, silver screen era of jive and swing. Taking place every Thursday, again from 3 May 2018, at 12.35pm, it also costs £3.75 per person and is suitable for older adults with additional support needs and their carers.  The class is also dementia friendly.  Participants are welcome to come with or without a partner.
