Stagecoach East Scotland: updated information for customers
Stagecoach East Scotland has today issued updated information advice for its customers on timetables, accessing service information and buying tickets.
From today (Monday 3 August), services will return to pre-Covid-19 levels and some routes that haven’t been able to operate for the last few months will return to the roads again including the popular Jet 747 service. All timetables can be found on the service update section of the Stagecoach Bus website: http://stge.co/fopy50AL5JV.
Stagecoach has also requested customer feedback on the proposed changes taking place on Monday 28th September. Customers can have their say by submitting feedback by Friday 7th August: https://www.stagecoachbus.com/promos-and-offers/east-scotland/service-change-consultation.
Tickets and service information
Customers can continue to purchase bus tickets via the Stagecoach App or on the bus. Timetable information and a live bus map is also available on the App. Timetables can also be found at stagecoachbus.com and the customer experience team can be contacted via Twitter, Facebook and email firstname.lastname@example.org. Bus times are also available through Traveline on 08712002233.
The travel shops at Arbroath, Dundee, Dunfermline, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy and Leven will remain closed.

“Following a review of our operations, we have taken the decision not to re-open the travel shops at Arbroath, Dundee, Dunfermline, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy and Leven, however customers will still be able to get access to all the information they need and buy tickets via stagecoachbus.com, or through our app.
