One of Scotland’s leading web development agencies has appointed two new Directors to its Board following the company’s continued growth and success.  Formed in 1999 and boasting a team of over 100 people, mtc provides a range of web and digital marketing services to clients throughout the United Kingdom with key clients including Scottish Water, BrewDog, Peter Vardy, MacDonald Hotels and B&M Stores.

Anthony Brennan who joined the company in 2017 has now been promoted to Business Development Director.  Anthony will continue to engage with new and existing clients and work with the board to further progress their UK wide growth plans. The company has seen recent growth in both the automotive and healthcare markets.

Anthony Brennan, Business Development Director, said: “What a privilege to help lead this incredible business, the hard work starts today and we will continue to push onwards and upwards together as a team. The sky is the limit for us all at mtc.”

Tasha O’Hare, newly appointed Operations Director joined mtc in December 2011 as an Account Manager and has climbed the ranks through consistent hard work and dedication. Tasha is responsible for overall operations within mtc, helping to deliver a smooth and efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of their valued client-base.

Tasha O’Hare, Operations Director, said: “I am delighted to have accepted this position and become the first female representative on the board. Achieving this position has been a long-term personal goal and the result of many years of hard work. I’m excited to return from maternity leave and re-join the team in my new role to continue to drive the company forward.”

With the COVID19 pandemic forcing a huge shift to ecommerce and online marketing, mtc is optimistic about the future and the important role digital will continue to play for its clients. The company is fully invested in helping businesses navigate their digital journey and have helped many companies to trade online throughout lockdown. Recent client wins include MacDonald Hotels, 2 National Automotive Dealers and Vyne Healthcare along with long standing clients who are continuing to benefit from their service.

Mike Callachan, Founder of mtc, said: “This represents a new chapter in the growth and future of mtc. Our new Management Board will be strategically-focused to drive our continued growth, commitment to excellence and delivery of a world class service set. I wish both Tasha and Anthony every success as part of the growing mtc family.”

The new appointees are due to take up their Board positions from 1 April 2021 and will support the further growth and development of mtc’s UK wide business plan. This will boost the number of directors on the mtc Board from 4 to 6 including 3 directors who have progressed through the companies ranks.
