Ian Mitchell joins Lindsays as a Partner in the Corporate team based in Glasgow.

Ian has 20 years’ experience in advising a wide range of clients in relation to corporate transactions and commercial contract work over the life of a business. He has worked with businesses including large corporates, owner-managed businesses, investors and companies raising investment, public sector bodies, funders and charities.

Ian has particular experience in relation to private equity investment. He acted for the Scottish Investment Bank for 10 years advising on its investments into tech, life sciences and renewable energy businesses in Scotland, including a period as a secondee investment manager.
