IAESTE could help your business succeed in a global market

Posted: 11th November 2015

IAESTE is a global work experience programme that organises paid international work placements for undergraduate students across 257 disciplines across science, technology and engineering.

Offer an internship within your organisation and get access to the current top students in science, engineering and technology sectors from over 1000 universities. Our trainees are highly skilled, ambitious and motivated and bring the latest in academic learning, technical knowledge and innovative thinking to your line of work. They are ideally placed to carry out project and research work and to help develop new business opportunities overseas.

IAESTE is a great way to build contacts and cultural links, as well as ambassadors for your organisation.   And by hosting an international trainee, you will be creating an opportunity for a UK student to gain valuable overseas work experience, helping to develop our home grown talent.

We offer a free and tailored service, making it as easy as possible for you to introduce a student into your business. Don’t just take our word for it – here’s what one of our employers has to say:

AECOM (formerly URS) is a leading provider of engineering, construction, and technical services for public agencies and private sector companies around the world.

“IAESTE provides us with an opportunity to make use of unique skills which may be less readily available in UK-based students,” says Alan Frew. “It is the nature of good business to always suspect that there is a catch, but in IAESTE there is no catch. It’s a good thing to do for your company and for a student. I am a convert.”

Let us take care of the details, contact us now and offer a traineeship today.  Apply online here by December 11th.

If you have already identified an international participant to take up a paid traineeship in your organisation, we may be able to assist with the Tier 5 – Temporary Worker – Government Authorised Exchange visa process. Contact us for further information.
