Fundraising: regulation, best practice, what’s happening?
We are delighted to confirm the full programme for the next Development Forum on Friday 10th March at Merchant’s House, Glasgow.
Book your place here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/development-forum-glasgow-tickets-31932416718
In addition to the Topic in Focus: Fundraising: regulation, best practice, what’s happening? with Susan Robinson, Carl Watt from Arts & Business Scotland will speak about the New Arts Sponsorship Grants: Looking back, Looking Forward!. This is an opportunity to hear about the successes of the New Arts Sponsorship Grants programme over the past ten years and about the plans for the relaunch, the transition to a new fund in April 2017 and how it will open up new opportunities for business sponsorship.
We are also delighted that Laura Tulloch, Development Officer – Corporate Relations for Glasgow Life and Jo Walmsley, Arts Producer for the Turner Prize at Tramway, will be joining us: Let’s fill this town with artists – Cass Art’s sponsorship of the Turner Prize public engagement programme. In 2015, Tramway hosted the Turner Prize, with a public engagement programme supported by Cass Art. Learn more about how that partnership came about, what made it such a success, and the challenges that the partnership faced along the way.
The event will run from 3pm – 5.45pm and includes refreshments throughout the afternoon, plenty of networking opportunities and a drinks and networking reception after the sessions have finished.
This event is completely free to members, with a small charge of £20 + VAT for non-members.
