Financial & Business Services Quarterly Business Survey

Scottish Chamber logoThe Financial & Business Services Quarterly Business Survey is now open, and the survey introduction and link are detailed below. The survey is open only to businesses within the financial & business services sector – defined by the Scottish Government as:

Financial Services                   

  • banking
  • life and pensions
  • general insurance
  • asset management
  • financial inter-mediation
    • advertising
    • recruitment
    • security activities
    • industrial cleaning

Business Services

  • legal activities
  • accountancy, auditing and tax
  • management consultancy
  • architectural and engineering activities
    • technical testing and analysis


We invite you to take part in the first ever Financial & Business Services section of the Scottish Chambers of Commerce Quarterly Business Survey.

The Quarterly Business Survey is now in its 30th year and the results, which are dependent on your participation in the survey, are highly valued by both the Scottish and UK governments, and by many other organisations including the Bank of England.

The survey takes only a few minutes to complete and all responses are treated as confidential and anonymous.

By taking part in this survey you can directly influence government business policy by recording your business’ experiences over the past quarter and raising the issues that matter to your business.
