ESPC Reveals the Top 10 Most-Viewed Homes in August

Posted: 20th September 2022

Leading Scottish property portal ESPC has revealed the ten most-viewed properties on espc.com during August 2022.

With a mix of homes ranging from farmhouses and period properties to stylish flats and spacious family homes, with prices from £270,000 to £1.2 million, these are the properties that have attracted the most attention across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders throughout August.

Paul Hilton, CEO of ESPC, commented: “This rundown of our most-popular homes on ESPC is a fascinating look at the requirements of homebuyers across East Central Scotland, and highlights what buyers are looking for in the current climate.

“This month, we’ve seen an increased level of demand for larger properties, with four-bedroom homes garnering more attention from our house hunters, many of whom may be searching for homes with more flexible accommodation.

“Many ESPC customers are dreaming of a new life by the coast with homes in North Berwick and East Lothian – an area which has surged in popularity post-pandemic – being particularly popular.”
