Edinburgh wins Entrepreneurial City of the Year at Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2016!

On Tuesday 22 November our Chief Executive Liz McAreavey attended the 2016 Great British Entrepreneur Awards, held in London along with the Chamber’s President Scott Black, Jim Galloway (City of Edinburgh Council), Robin Lyles (Lyles Sutherland Ltd), Russell Dalgleish (Exolta Capital Partners),  Kirstee MacBeth (AKA Scotland), Stuart Wallace (Forth Ports), Mark Hallan (Scottish Enterprise), Peter Proud (Cortex Worldwide Ltd) and Deidre Brock MP.

As the only Scottish city shortlisted for this new award, we are thrilled that Edinburgh was selected as the winner of the Entrepreneurial City of the Year beating London, Leeds, Cambridge and Manchester!
