Scottish legal firm Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP has acquired the business of J Gibson Associates Ltd. in Edinburgh.

The move comes as founder Jeff Gibson prepares to step down from the business, handing over to WJM which will continue to provide legal services to the firm’s client base.
