Cyrenians Cook-off Challenge – 20th November

Posted: 5th October 2015

Cyrenians Cook-off

One of our member charities, Cyrenians, is hosting a glittering fine dining fundraising event on Friday 20 November 2015 and would like you to attend. The money raised by the event, will fund the charity’s projects which support those people excluded from family, home, work or community. Cyrenians Impact Report

The Cyrenians Cook-off Challenge is a competition between chef teams led by some of Edinburgh’s most exciting chefs including Tony Singh, Neil Forbes, Daniel Mellor, and Brian Grigor Head Chef at The Balmoral Michelin Star restaurant Number One. The teams will be creating and cooking a mouth-watering seven course tasting menu to be judged by you and your fellow guests.

Tickets are £90 and include a glass of bubbly on arrival, a seven course meal with half a bottle of wine. The early bird full table price is £800 for 10 people until the end of October. Those buying a table of ten can enter an extra person into the ‘challenge’ element of the evening. This person will be one of the corporate chefs, who will join one of the professional chefs in the kitchen on their team, competing against the other chef teams.

This is a great opportunity for a pre-Christmas team event or for client entertaining so if you’re interested in booking tickets, please contact Gillian Messelink from Cyrenians. gillianmesselink@cyrenians.org.uk or 07495 123 318
