CSGN Encourages Local Businesses to Share Their Environmental Needs
Local businesses in Edinburgh and the Lothians are being asked what their environmental needs are. By taking part in a short online survey, they will also be entered into a £100 prize draw.
Europe’s largest greenspace initiative, the Central Scotland Green Network (CSGN), is conducting the research to determine how businesses in central Scotland view their local environment.
Participants will be asked a short series of questions which should only take about 10 minutes. The data will be used to report on how business feel about greenspace, and to help the CSGN and its partners to improve their engagement with the local business community.
Stephen Hughes, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Central Scotland Green Network Trust, said: “The CSGN has a strong focus on improving the economy in central Scotland by creating an environment for sustainable economic growth. We want to make Scotland a more attractive place to do business in, and so we are interested in finding out about businesses current perceptions of their surrounding greenspaces.
“There are many benefits to be had through delivering the CSGN vision, for example it is hoped that individuals will have more job opportunities and businesses will find it easier to recruit and hold onto staff.”
The online survey will close on Friday 26th June, to complete the survey visit http://surveys.progressivepartnership.co.uk/snapwebhost/s.asp?k=143351599659&u=4
