Contribute To Queen Margaret University’s Success: Appointment Of Chair And Lay Court Members
Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, is in an exciting phase of its strategic development. In support of that development, the University Court is seeking to appoint a Chair to succeed Keir Bloomer, and to appoint to vacancies in its lay membership.
Chair of Court
To fulfil this important role, we are seeking an individual with significant experience in providing leadership on strategic issues and operations within a complex organisation, coupled with experience of chairing boards and committees responsible for managing such issues.
Lay Court Members
We are particularly interested in individuals with specific expertise in the education sector, although applicants with other specialist knowledge and skills are welcome. We are seeking individuals who have experience of operating at strategic or board level, or are able to demonstrate a track record of success in professional areas of expertise.
Queen Margaret University is committed to ensuring that its Court represents the staff, students and community which it serves. For each of the roles advertised, applications are particularly welcomed from women, disabled people, ethnic minorities and applicants who would further enhance the diversity of the Court.
