Conducting Workplace Investigations Workshop

Posted: 21st March 2023

Workplace Investigations come in all shapes and sizes – covering topics such as grievances, misconduct, discrimination, harassment, bullying, whistleblowing etc. These types of investigations can be undertaken internally by appropriately trained staff.

This course is a practical workshop which includes instructor- led, in- person training and scenarios that bring to life the steps, knowledge and skills required to undertake conduct workplace investigations.

McKinney HR are a team of specialist HR & Organisational Development professionals. Their focus is on “Creating Environments where People and Teams Thrive.” They have designed and delivered Investigation Training for small and large organisations. Recent feedback from one participant:

“I had the pleasure of attending a two-day workshop on Investigation Officer Training. Despite being an experienced HR professional, I found the training to be very informative and concise, and I was able to take additional learning from it. What worked well was the structure of the workshop which commenced following a clear introduction and objectives explained. Thereafter, the delegates were led to the conclusion on how to carry out and work towards completing the investigation process. The training was presented through discussion, supporting paperwork, breakout sessions and role play”, Ruth Smith, Public Sector client.
