30 April – World Host – Supervising Principles of Customer Service 0930-1630
Learn how to get the best from your team members, in order for them to deliver great service. The day will cover motivation, delegation and coaching techniques. (pitched at the hospitality and tourism business)
Costs for full day courses are £199+ Vat and the half day courses £99 plus VAT. These prices include materials for the day, all refreshments and lunch on the full day courses.
