Capital Document Solutions to showcase public sector expertise at Procurex Scotland
More than a thousand businesspeople are expected to attend a key event for the Scottish public sector.
Office equipment specialist Capital Document Solutions will be offering delegates expert advice on the latest technology as part of Procurex Scotland Live 2015 – a major, annual exhibition for buyers and suppliers in the public sector.
The long-running event will be held at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) in Glasgow on Tuesday, October 6, with Capital exhibiting at Gold Stand 54.
Procurex will also host the Scottish Government’s National Public Procurement Conference before culminating in the prestigious Government Opportunities (GO) Awards Scotland, which recognises the best suppliers in the public sector. For further information visit www.procurexlive.co.uk/scotland
With more than a thousand delegates in attendance each year, Procurex Scotland is the key Scottish public sector event. Over £10billion is spent on public procurement in Scotland every year with the bulk of this spent on local and central government and the National Health Service.
It is, therefore, hugely beneficial to meet and interact with key decision-makers in these fields and Capital staff are looking forward to demonstrating their wide range of products and services.
Capital was re-appointed as a successful supplier on the Scottish Government’s National Framework Agreement for Office Equipment for the second successive term in 2013.
In 2012, Capital Document Solutions won the Best Service honour at the GO Awards Scotland for the high level and quality of its services to end users in the Scottish public sector.
Fraser Robertson, contract manager at Capital, said: “We’re delighted to be exhibiting once again at Procurex which presents a terrific opportunity for our company to meet and interact with many of the leading public sector bodies in Scotland as well as a number of charity and third sector organisations.
“Given our proven track record in working closely with the Scottish public sector through the National Framework, I am confident that we can help other organisations achieve significant cost savings, improve document processes and minimise their impact on the environment.”
Scotland’s largest independent supplier of office equipment and document solutions, Capital provides copiers, printers, scanners and print management software with comprehensive national maintenance and training support to businesses and organisations in the private and public sectors.
The company employs 215 people across Scotland with operations in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen, Inverness and Shetland.
