Posted: 21st December 2015

Over the last 12 months, Change Recruitment Group has transformed. It has invested heavily, adding a number of new people to an already existing strong team, a new senior leadership team made of home grown talent as well as some of the best leaders in the sector and new market offerings.

It is now wrapping up 2015 by unveiling a complete brand overhaul including a new logo, optimised virtual presence and a move to a new Edinburgh office.

Premises: Change has moved its Edinburgh team to a 5,000 sq. ft. newly refurbished office at Clarendon House, 116 George Street.  The contemporary open-plan space, designed by HK Surveying & Design, has spectacular views to Edinburgh Castle, and provides bespoke accommodation for up to 60 people alongside social spaces and meeting facilities.
2015 has been a year focused on investment in infrastructure, its people and importantly on improving the client and candidate journey.

Mark McFall, Group Managing Director of Change Recruitment, said: “This has been a transformational year for us at Change. We have worked hard to adapt our offering and evolve with the changing recruitment market, and the team is buzzing with energy and excitement to start the New Year with a new face and a fresh outlook.
“Change is 45 years old this year, we have invested through 2015 in order to ensure its place remains as an industry leader for the next 45 years. Our ‘new look’ underlines to our clients, candidates and our team an ongoing commitment to providing outstanding bespoke services to our global customer base which is continuously expanding. We decided to keep connected to our heritage by retaining Change as our brand however it is time to bring the business into the 21st century and we believe our new look echoes that ambition.
“We’ve had a busy year of necessary restructuring, transforming the way we do things at Change and building a fantastic team made up of long serving team members and many new faces too. We’ve been able to attract top talent we wanted to work with and embed them within the team.  With this motivated and success-driven team on board, I look forward to an exciting road ahead as we take our business to new heights.  We’re building a business that we’re truly proud of.”

In 2016, the Group aspires to continue to grow, with a number of additional hires being sought. New markets that were entered in 2015 now need additional talent to help the clients and candidates, as well as additional hires being sought in already established markets where the Group is seen as market leaders.
