Although Evolution Design and Time Recruitment had corresponded for many months it took a face-to-face meeting to open serious dialogue about enhancing the branding and upgrading the website of Time Recruitment Services who opened in 2000, from then worked with the same website until late 2016.

On meeting Neale Gilhooley of Evolution Design at a Chamber networking event they discussed the benefits of a mobile friendly responsive WordPress website, particularly to a recruitment agency specialising in Temporary as well as Permanent staff in Edinburgh. Time Recruitment then invited Neale to prepare a competitive quotation which was accepted.
