A new look for B+M Works – Balfour+Manson’s HR outsourcing service

Posted: 9th June 2021

Balfour+Manson are pleased to reveal the new look for their popular HR outsourcing service, B+M Works.

B+M Works is a service designed to work in partnership with businesses to proactively address HR and employment law concerns at the earliest point. The B+M Works team is made up of fully qualified lawyers and HR professionals with years of experience in the sector. The fixed fee model is designed to give clients security in cost, but at the same time give them access to the team on demand. The service is unique in also being able to provide payroll and tax services so that all outsourced needs are looked after by one provider with the backing of a full-service legal firm.

Recognising that no businesses are the same, B+M Works offers a solution no matter the needs of a business. Whether that’s simply updating contracts of employment or a requirement for a full HR consultancy service at board room level, the business chooses the level of service they require at a fixed fee.

Robert, Head of Employment Law, commented: “The costs associated with HR and employment are some of the biggest when it comes to managing a business. And we recognise that businesses don’t want to be worrying about picking up a big legal bill just for picking up the phone or sending a brief enquiry email. That’s why we introduced B+M Works – to help give small businesses the security they need. Our approach is to provide commercial solutions designed to suit your business. This means that we talk through not only a legal outcome but what works in the business world.”
