A new kind of business support for SMEs

Posted: 2nd September 2015

Reporting for Business Ltd is now an associate of Golden Hour Thinking, set up to provide fast, effective, affordable expertise to SMEs.

The man behind Golden Hour Thinking, Bill Harkins of BHa, explains the concept behind his new service: “Talk to anyone in the emergency services about the Golden Hour and they will tell you that what gets done in the first 60 minutes after an incident is crucial in determining the eventual outcome.” The same thinking, he argues, can be applied to your business. Act promptly and decisively to deal with problems and your business outcomes will be more successful. Learn from those situations and implement ways to stop them recurring, and that success becomes more predictable.

Reporting for Business is delighted to be part of this new venture. We know from experience that many SMEs are unable to access the expertise because they find it too costly. That is not the case with Golden Hour Thinking – for just £300 SMEs can get their very own subject expert who, after just an hour with them, will analyse their business problem and produce a report outlining a corrective strategy, complete with objectives and an action plan for achieving them.

Business challenges GHT covers include:
Effective business reports and communication
Unclear policy or strategy
Business continuity and disaster planning
People problems
Investigations and counter-corruption
Programme and project management
Change and risk management
Ineffective meetings
Compiling robust business cases
Financing your business
Success in product or service development
Pay, pension and other business benefits

So if you are experiencing a business crisis, have a business-critical problem, or are simply looking to explore your options but don’t have the in-house expertise to do it, then please get in touch, on 0787 584 1739.
