Arts & Business Scotland Launch More Business Briefings

Arts & Business Scotland are pleased to announce two topics in our new Business Briefings series.

Leading Scottish law firm Anderson Strathern will be delivering sessions on Employment Law and Workplace Pensions, with these sessions taking place in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

 

Business Briefing: Employment Law Update

Delivered by Barry Nichol, Partner in Anderson Strathern’s award winning Employment Law and Pensions Law unit, this session is for those with responsibility for people management within their organisation.

  • Using interactive case studies of recent employment law cases, this session will help you to better understand and manage key employment law and HR issues
  • Particularly useful for anyone with day to day management responsibilities

Steven Dunn, Head of Pensions at Anderson Strathern, will deliver this session, suitable for those with people management or a financial role within their organisation and will include:

  • The employer’s obligations for automatic enrolment and the options available
  • An introduction to the use of Small self-administered schemes and Self-invested personal pensions to help support/grow a business
