Generous people like you give hope to millions affected by cancer. Your kindness has the power to start new cancer cures and help stop the suffering caused by cancer.
We’re a UK charity, but we search the world for cancer cures. Together, we can back the brightest minds on their quests to find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.

The lives you’ll save
Elinor Hamilton’s world fell apart when her husband, Phil, was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer. With less than a 16% chance of survival, he sadly passed away.
Elinor, with Phil and her two sons
Then four months later, Elinor was diagnosed with breast cancer – stage three – like Phil.
For the second time, cancer had turned her world upside down. She had to manage early widowhood and reassure her two young boys that mummy wasn’t going to die as well.
Thanks to advances in cancer research, she was one of the lucky ones. Her children didn’t lose another parent.
While we’ve made major breakthroughs, with over 200 types of cancer, there is still so much more to be done.
Worldwide Cancer Research relies entirely on donations from kind people like you to start lifesaving research that finds new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer – giving families more time together.
Thank you so much for your support– it means the world.
