Harvey Nichols Reopens in Edinburgh
We are delighted to announce that from Wednesday 8th July, the doors of Harvey Nichols, Edinburgh, will open to customers once again. This follows the Knightsbridge store in June and the Leeds store earlier this month. Edinburgh is the third in what will be a phased reopening of the rest of our stores throughout the summer. Following Government guidelines our Edinburgh hospitality will remain closed for the time being, but their reopening dates will be announced in due course.
Newly introduced, from Monday 6th July, customers are being offered the opportunity to pre-book a time slot to visit the store. These appointments give access to the store at a chosen time where customers will be met by a store host who will help with any general enquiries, explain how to navigate the store, as well as the option for advice from one of our Style Advisors.
Maniu Malhotra, COO, comments: “Together with our team members, I am very much looking forward to our stores re-opening and welcoming our customers back to Harvey Nichols. Whilst we will be fully adhering to new health and safety measures to protect both customers and staff we will be focusing on what we do best, which is providing a high level of personal service and an exceptional shopping experience, within a safe and comfortable environment.
Government guidelines are being fully met to ensure the health and safety of all in the store and we are excited to, once again, bring our customers the very best in new, niche brands across fashion, beauty, food & wine.
