Lindsays announces six-strong promotion round
The appointments reflect the firm’s strategy of developing legal services for clients across all key practice areas as well as recognising and nurturing talent from within the business.
Four of the promoted lawyers are based in the firm’s Edinburgh office: Andrew Boccoli (Commercial Property) is now a Director in the Construction group; Vanessa Beattie (Commercial Property) takes on a Senior Associate role; and Gregor MacEwan (Dispute Resolution and Litigation) and Sharon Drysdale (Edinburgh) are now both Associates. A further two people in Dundee are taking on new roles: Darren Leahy (Commercial Property) becomes a Senior Associate and Pamela Dobson (Family Law) is now an Associate.
Lindsays’ Managing Partner, Alasdair Cummings, commented: “It is rewarding for the Board and our Partners to be able to recognise these talented lawyers and we look forward to supporting them as they develop their careers with the firm.
“Our strategic plan is to continue growing and strengthening Lindsays and to further develop the range of services which we offer to both our individual and commercial clients across our three city locations. Investing in the next generation is an important part of that strategy.”
