Crowdcube – special seminar on investment

Do you want to raise finance and grow your business?

Harper Macleod is teaming up with Crowdcube, the UK’s biggest equity crowdfunding platform, to hold a seminar for people just like you. The topics covered will enable you to learn how to create a winning pitch, how to present your financial forecasts, the due diligence involved and the legalities involved in crowdfunding your company.

Fraser Doherty MBE, CEO of SuperJam who raised £308,000 from 367 investors in 2014, will also give you the lowdown of his crowdfunding experience.

This seminar is aimed at high potential businesses. Crowdcube has raised over £64 million for over 200 UK businesses so far, it has 140,000 investors and currently over 1 in 3 businesses are getting funded.

• If your business is trading, or close to, and you need to raise funds to grow it further
• If you have a cracking business with high growth potential but just need assistance in getting your business investment ready
