Time Recruitment Services is an independent recruitment company specialising in the recruitment of office personnel. We’ve recently moved from Castle Terrace to our fantastic new office in Rutland Square, where we offer clients and candidates a warm welcome, a tailored service, and the benefit of our local knowledge and expertise.

At Time, we help both SMEs and larger businesses across Scotland to find efficient, hardworking and reliable staff, whether they are looking to fill permanent roles or simply need to arrange temporary cover.

We work with a wide range of sectors including finance, charities, oil and gas, law and property, and we enjoy learning about our clients’ companies, listening to what they need and working in partnership with them to find the right person for the job.

We also invest the time to get to know our candidates, because we feel privileged to deal with people’s aspirations and ambitions on a daily basis.

Under the guidance of director Caroline Burns, Time is approaching its 20th anniversary, and our office in Rutland Square is a hub of activity. We love our work, and we pride ourselves on being a part of Edinburgh’s thriving business community. This is what motivates us to work so hard for our clients and candidates.
