On 27^th October, the UK Chancellor of the Exchequer announced the UK Autumn Budget and Spending Review for 2021. Whilst many of the policies announced (on things like education, business rates, etc.) deal with areas of devolved policy, there were still some important announcements for Scotland, as well as the release of some key financial data and forecasts as the economy beings to emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic
