Uber and Power Design move to Silvermills Court, Edinburgh

Posted: 4th June 2018

Ridesharing, food delivery, and transportation network company, Uber, and fashion accessories designer, Powder Design have become the latest tenants to take space at Buccleuch Properties’ office development at Silvermills Court, Henderson Place Lane, Edinburgh.

Uber has signed a lease on 2,417 sq ft of office accommodation which marks their first office opening in Edinburgh, whilst Powder Design have recently signed a lease on 1,733 sq ft.

Buccleuch Property, one of the UK’s most innovative private property investment and development companies, developed Silvermills Court as an attractive landscaped courtyard space, offering good quality bright and airy open-plan office accommodation.

Iain Taylor, Associate at Ryden, comments: “These two lettings demonstrate the continued demand from businesses for good quality, modern, open-plan accommodation in the city centre.  With the supply of such opportunities running low across this specific area, we expect good interest in the last remaining unit at Silvermills Court.”
