This course help you understand the common problems with managing time, and to explore the skills, strategies and techniques to manage time effectively. The training focuses on the principles of time (and life) management, and explores the key behaviours for effective and ineffective management of time and work.

A range of best practice techniques that effectively organise time and tasks, including use of email and managing meetings, and quite simply how to get things done, are covered during the day. Individuals will identify the techniques that work best for themselves and develop a proper action plan to create and maintain positive habit change within their own working and personal lives.

Who should attend:

This course is ideal for anyone who has difficulty prioritising, finds themselves saying “Yes” to certain people when they want to say “No”, feels they don’t always have time for the things that are most important to them, and/or stressed and feel like there just aren’t enough hours in the day.

  • Explore and agree your key priorities
  • Identify and eliminate key time wasters
  • Know how you can provide a positive role model for your team
