Overview:

What gets in the way of your productivity?  Is it overwhelm, procrastination, or simply the lack of an effective system?  Whatever the challenge you’re not alone, and there are tools and techniques that can make a lasting difference.

This course gives you the essential skills to get the most from your time, and yourself.

Training focuses on a robust and practical time management model that helps individuals to capture and prioritise everything needing done.  The course then explores in detail the time management barriers that trip people up, namely overwhelm and procrastination, and strategies are identified to avoid and defeat these challenges.

A range of best practice techniques that effectively organise time and tasks, and quite simply how to get things done is covered during the day.

Individuals will identify the techniques that work best for themselves and develop a proper action plan to create and maintain positive habit change within their own working and personal lives.

This course is ideal for anyone who wants to get more out of their time, and become more effective and productive.  The techniques and models presented during training are suitable for individuals of all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced.

  • The ability to identify what needs to be done and when, and then get it done
  • An understanding of how overwhelm and procrastination cause problems, and how to overcome these
