Managing Talent

@ Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce 40 George Street EDINBURGH Midlothian EH2 2LE

6th February, 2020 09:30-16:30 Training 195.00-250.00
An organisation’s ability to attract, recruit, retain and develop the most capable employees in the market place will determine its success or failure. What an organisation can deliver or achieve is directly dependent on the capability and capacity of its employees.

Talent management is both an organisational strategy and ethos that enables organisations to attract and retain their most valuable/key employees. By managing talent strategically, organisations can build a high performance workplace, encourage a learning organisation, add significant value to their brand and unlock the benefits of diversity.

Businesses that manage talent well have double the productivity per employee, enjoy better employee engagement and have up to 40% lower turnover than others.

At this workshop attendees will learn, through theory, case studies and open facilitated discussions, best practices of managing organisational talent.  Individuals will leave feeling confident in their ability to manage talent within their organisations.
