This interactive workshop will see you encounter a mixture of theoretical frameworks and practical techniques to enhance your negotiation skills when encountering Conflict.   The enormous pressure every professional within the Workplace often leads to a breakdown in how effectively you manage situations and the relationship dynamics with internal and external stakeholders.

By examining your own behaviours and actions, this session will allow you the space and time to review and enhance your relationships and outcomes within your professional working environment. 

A key element to ensuring success is your personal ability to build and sustain your resilience.  This workshop will offer key tools to support towards a win-win.

Who should attend?

This course is aimed at leaders and managers who are looking to sharpen their skills in relation to Conflict Resolution.  The workshop is designed for leaders and managers who are facing challenges business environments due to: supplier challenges, customer relations or employee engagement scenarios.

Course Directors:

Jayne and Jo MacLennan are Joint Managing Directors of MacLennan Norman and Specialists in Conflict Resolution and Transformational Change.
Collectively, Jayne and Jo have over 50 years of experience in Organisational Development.  Jayne and Jo apply their qualifications and skills as Professional Mediators and Executive Coaches to enable their clients to overcome challenges and conflict within their businesses and professional careers.

Combined with their successful Executive careers, Jayne and Jo also sit on a number of Boards and hold positions as Non Executives and Trustees.  This  enables them to view organisations through a 360 degree lens and offer guidance and advice accordingly.
