Overview:
If lead effectively, virtual (remote) teams can increase productivity, help meet organisational goals and improve the quality of the work. But they do present unique challenges and leaders will need to adapt their approach to ensure their team have clear direction and the support they need to exceed.
We will identify the challenges in leading remotely, explore remote leadership competencies, consider your leadership style, assess how to build on the strengths and development areas of you and your team, and how to manage remote meetings effectively.
