Overview: 

This workshop blends theory and models with real life management experience and practical examples along with group discussions. The focus is on understanding the impact of change, how to develop a change programme/approach that maximises the probability of a successful transformation and manage the human aspects of change.

It will then explore how best to sustain the change/ new way of working and at the same time help you be comfortable with uncertainty, unpredictability and develop a flexible approach. It is an interactive workshop, blending facilitator input and delegate contribution to drive open dialogue and learning.

Learning Outcomes:  
  • How to build your capability and capacity to deal successfully with change and make your team/department more agile
  • Maximising the probability of successful organisational change/ transformation
  • Understanding the human side of change and know how to help people deal more effectively with change
  • Techniques of how to develop and sustain employee commitment and engagement with the change programme
  • How to lead change in unpredictable environments and manage both the people and process aspects ensuring teams / departments are ready for 21st century business
  • Developing and effectively embedding a “Change Culture” within business to reduce stress and tension, whilst creating “Can Do” mentalities
