The words leadership and management are often used in the same sentence but what is the difference? This workshop explores the differences between operator, manager and leader.  It covers how to develop your approach to consciously choosing the mode you want to be in.
We focus on you and your approach to management and leadership. We explore the impact of these different operating modes on both you and your team. It will help you get clarity on what is important to you, your priorities and how to stay focused on them. It will review how much time you spend focused on the past, the present and the future and how you maybe limiting yourself at present.
It will explore how you can be at your best ‘playing to win’ more of the time and what triggers you to go into ‘just surviving mode’. Finally, it will discuss the correlation between your operating mode and what you and your people achieve.
