Overview
Managing your time at work to achieve and complete all that is expected of you is an essential work and personal skill.  Individuals who manage their time effectively experience less stress and anxiety, and create a better work / life balance for themselves.
This half-day workshop teaches you a number of valuable practical processes and techniques to help you manage you time at work and home.  You will learn how to plan and prioritise tasks, how to use tools and technology to ensure you don’t miss anything out when to ask for help and assistance.  

Who should attend
This workshop is suitable for individuals starting out in the world of work and those who are experiencing work-based stress because of their current workload.  School, College and University leavers will benefit from this training.
