This course provides a grounding in key financial documents, processes and terminology for non-financial managers. It covers explanations of key financial terminology, how to read financial statements to better understand past performance, how Management Accounts and Cashflow management help control the present, and how budgeting helps plan and build for the future.

The format of the day includes facilitator-led discussion, practical examples of financial information and reports, and activities/exercises to enhance learning and understanding.
