Strategies for managing conflict in the workplace are identified and how to apply them on a day-to-day basis. There will be an opportunity to practice the five steps to having robust dialogues and great delivery conversations and explore how to adapt your approach to different team members and personalities. Finally, ‘time management’ and ‘prioritisation’ skills are covered to help enhance your personal performance.
