Data can be a catalyst for driving your business strategies. Real value can be derived from the use of data with the right skills and understanding in place. This could be through making improved strategic decisions or improving and streamlining processes. But getting started using data can often seem daunting. What do we really mean by data? How can it be used to make better decisions?
This introductory level workshop will focus on developing your understanding of what data is and some achievable first steps to start extracting value from it. We’ll discuss key concepts and use real world case studies to enable you to see the practical benefits, and ensure you leave with actionable ideas to implement within your own business.
Who should attend
This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about how data within all aspects of their business. Whether they have some experience, but need direction to get them doing more, or are new to the idea and want to make sure they understand the terminology and concepts, they’ll find something to take away.
