Overview
Delivery of exceptional customer service is key to business success. Staff that understand and believe in customer service excellence are a prized asset. This practical training workshop explores in depth what customer service actually means, and how to provide it. Examples of best practice and case studies are presented during the session, and delegates will gain valuable hints and tips on how to embed customer service as a core feature of their daily work.
