This training course helps you to understand the world of business budgeting and financial planning. It provides delegates with the techniques and effectively confidence to set, manage, and control their budget.  Financial “jargon” and terminology, financial statements, and budgeting tools, will all be explained in a way that non-financial managers will understand and relate to in their own line of work.

The course provides an understanding of balance sheets and cash flows, and delegates will gain a familiarity with different types of budgets and styles, and engage in practical exercises in preparing and working with budgets. In addition, delegates will learn how to perform accounting adjustments and forecast cash-flow and profit margins and financing costs successfully.
