The world we live and work in has changed for ever. As we emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown both employees and customers have different expectations and needs to those of 6 months ago with much going online and digital.

This is going to be one of the most challenging years you will ever have. You will have to adapt your business and ways of working to these new norms, introduce and lead change and deliver more with less resources, it is a truth that we are all facing.

There is a direct correlation between your management skills and the performance of your team/ department or business as we emerge from the Covid-19 lockdown. Many business owners and managers are realising that they cannot use 20th Century management techniques in this new norm.

Course outline:

The online workshop is designed to be interactive, blending management theory with practical day-to-day examples and participant contributions and group discussions. It will utilise all the best online tools including breakout rooms and polls.

It will explore how to get the best out of your people and engage them in the business/ organisational priorities. It will share the five steps to having robust dialogues and great delivery conversations and explore how to adapt your approach to different scenarios.

Finally, it will cover effectively implementing change and new ways of working, while continuing to deliver operationally 24/7.
