Our Transformational Business Leadership programme is a year long leadership development programme is specifically designed for business leaders and senior managers who have ambitious plans for growth over twelve months. Over the course of the year delegates attend six themed workshops facilitated by our training associate Bryan Leslie and a number of industry expert guest speakers. In addition attendees attend one to one coaching to support and develop themes covered in the workshops.
