Tom Kitchin Dining Experience with The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo

Following a sold-out run in 2025, our Tom Kitchin Dining Experience returns for the 2026 Edinburgh Military Tattoo, A Call to Gather.

As we celebrate our 76^th Show this summer, we are delighted to once again collaborate with Michelin-starred Chef Tom Kitchin to present an exceptional dining experience.

Widely regarded as one of Scotland’s most influential culinary figures, Chef Kitchin is celebrated for his devotion to the finest seasonal Scottish produce. Guests will enjoy an immersive expression of The Kitchin’s “From Nature to Plate” philosophy, with the added privilege of meeting the Chef in person.

Throughout dinner, guests will be treated to a private performance by members of the Tattoo Cast, before taking their place for A Call to Gather in the finest seats in the house within our Royal Gallery.
