Three Chambers outline concerns over gaps in COVID-19 support with Cabinet Secretaries
Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh Chambers of Commerce have written to Fiona Hyslop MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Fair Work and Culture; and Kate Forbes MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, outlining their concerns on the gaps in the COVID-19 financial support being offered by government which may disproportionately impact businesses based in Scotland’s largest cities.
The three Chambers are drawn together by a shared understanding of the role that Scotland’s biggest cities play in the national economy. Representing the view of close to 5,000 businesses across multi-sector and size, we support the growth of our business membership and champion the prosperity of the city regions through the development and delivery of robust economic strategies.
